In addition, the laws of some states require that we capture CCTV footage within certain retail stores. This footage will include images of all customers who enter and interact with us in those retail stores. Security stores footage 24/7 for 30 days.

The Site uses first-party cookies (set by Budr) and third-party cookies (set by web analytics partners). The cookies used on our Site may be persistent or session based. Session cookie files are deleted after logging off the internet browser or powering off your computer. In contrast, a persistent cookie is not deleted after logging off an internet browser or powering off your computer, but “persists” between sessions. You can opt out of receiving our marketing emails. To do so, follow the instructions in any promotional message you get from us, or email us at privacy@budrcannabis.com. Even if you opt out of getting marketing messages, we will still send you transactional messages. These include responses to your questions.

Certain browsers can be set to reject browser cookies, which you can do through the Help and Settings of the web browser(s) you use. We do not assign a specific monetary value to the Personal Information we collect in connection with the loyalty program and our consumer surveys, but the value of the discounts and/or service level differences are generally equivalent to the value of the Personal Information you provide in connection with your loyalty program registration or consumer survey responses, described above.

Limitations and Safety
(1) Limitations on the right to possess and use cannabis pursuant to the act, chapter 420f of the Connecticut General Statutes, and sections 21a-408-1 to 21a-408-72, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies and sections 21a-421j-1 to 21a-421j-40, inclusive, of these Policies and Procedures. a. Adults 21 and over may purchase 1/2 oz or 14 grams per transaction,
b. Adults 21 and older may carry up to 1.5 ounces of cannabis flower or the equivalent on their person, and store up tp to 5 ounces in a locked compartment of glovebox in their vehicle. At home, cannabis should be locked and stored out of reach and out of sight of children and pets.
c. Adults 21 years of age and older are able to grow up to 3 mature and 3 immature plants in their home, with a cap of 12 total plants per household. Plants must be grown indoors and must not be visible from the street. People who choose to grow their own plants must do so in their primary residence and where individuals under 21 cannot access the plants.
d. In general, you won’t be able to smoke or vape cannabis anywhere you can’t smoke or vape tobacco.

(3) Forms of consumption or inhalation by which one can use cannabis;Â
Inhalation: When cannabis is consumed by inhalation the effects are usually immediate, peak within one hour, and then gradually wear off. A variety of approaches or devices are employed for inhaling cannabis smoke or vapor. Examples of inhaled cannabis and devices are: flower, pre-rolls, vapes, pipes, bongs, etc.
Ingestion: The effects of an edible cannabis product can be felt within 30 minutes post-consumption, but usually take more tha an hour to kick in. For this reason it is very important that users wait 2 or more hours after their initial dose before consuming any more cannabis. Novice users should start with half of the suggested dose to avoid symptoms of over-intoxication. Examples of edibles are: baked goods, gummies, tablets or capsules, infused drinks.
Topicals: Cannabis-infused topical products are applied directly to the skin. These are intended to provide relief at a targeted area of the body. Examples are: creams, lotions, ointments and balms.
